The questions · straight answers

Before you
say yes.

Good recruiting makes the work clearer, not shinier. Here's what to know before you start a conversation.

The practical stuff

Ask the hard questions.

Product availability and agreement terms can change by market. Your recruiter should put the exact details in front of you before you complete onboarding or commit to a blitz.

Does the interest form commit me to anything?

No. It starts a conversation with a real person about the products, markets, and kind of work you are looking for. No résumé is required, and submitting the form does not claim a trip or sign an agreement.

What can I sell?

Absolute Collective works across fiber, solar, and alarm. Available products depend on the vetted markets currently posted to the blitz board.

Do I get to choose where I go?

Yes. The board shows the product, market, dates, and crew details for open blitzes. You choose the opportunities that fit your life and apply to those trips.

What does training actually look like?

You start with boot camp and continue with weekly training. In the field, trainers knock beside you so product questions, installs, and pay issues can be handled where the work happens.

How does pay work?

Payroll runs weekly. Your portal follows each account from sale through install and deposit, with the line-item math visible. Current rates and market-specific terms are covered directly during recruiting and onboarding.

What about travel and housing?

Housing and logistics are set before a blitz begins. Before you commit to a trip, ask the recruiter to walk through exactly what is arranged, what is covered, and any market-specific costs.

What happens during onboarding?

The onboarding team guides you through the required provider accounts, compliance steps, agreement details, and background check. You should know what is required and whose move is next at every stage.

Still wondering?

Bring us the question.

The interest form takes about two minutes. No résumé, no commitment, and no need to already know which product or market fits you.
